Given that all orders are custom made by hand, kindly allow 4-8 business days for your order to be shipped.

What's your return policy?
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery if you meet the following criteria:
- Item(s) must be in its original condition & packaging & no indication of wear.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Watches/filters should not have the protective film removed.
- Once we receive a return, please allow 5 business days to evaluate and finalize the decision.

Does a modified watch retain its factory warranty?
No, modifying the watch voids the factory warranty.
